1. COMPOST In loving homage to the "ugliest colour in the world", compost is obscurely ochre, olive, umber, murky, mulch, baroque swamp water, and yet... none of these things.

Inspired by Bunny Dropping Bunny by Dieter Roth...

2. EAMES To explore the work of Charles & Ray Eames, J. Hannah enlisted fellow artist Alyson Fox to create a series of works that study shape, using the polish as paint.

3. FAUNA Ginger. Egyptian ochre. Curcuma.

Inspiration: Filtering Ginger Massage oil, Kerala, India, via the Sivananda Yoga Vedanta Centre + Ashram.

4. MISO Savory depth. Dried rice. Umami. Inspiration: Calvin Klein, 1982

5. CAROB Rich coffee. Bittersweet. Black walnut.

Carob is inspired by pain aux chocolat and Claude Lalanne's mouth broach from 1996.

6. GHOST RANCH Red rock. Southwestern shadow. Painted desert. Obvious credit goes to the painter Georgia O'Keeffe and her coveted home named Ghost Ranch in Abiquiú, New Mexico, where she spent her days painting and tending to her garden.
