Kick start your day with a beautiful bowl of homemade muesli. We've been making ours for years - Tessuti tried and tested! Easy to make and definitely scrumptious, it's the healthy highlight of our mornings...
The Tessuti Toasted Muesli recipe
500 grams whole rolled oats
1/2 cup rye flakes
1/2 cup thread coconut
1/2 cup sliced almonds
1/4 cup sunflower seeds
1/4 cup pumpkin seeds
1/2 cup raw honey, warmed so as to mix easily
3 TBsp butter melted Place all ingredients into a roasting tray or dish. Toast at 180C for around 40 minutes, turning every 10minutes or until well toasted. When cool, add dried fruit such as cranberries and sultanas, 1/2 cup of each. YUM!
