    Part time retail assistant:

     Part time retail assistant:

    Our retail assistant’s job, first and foremost, is customer service. You are there to make customers feel at ease and enjoy the time they spend in store. Our customers are what make Tessuti such a special place to work, so making sure they are looked after and are happy with their experience is key!

    This role includes helping out with visual merchandising, receipt and organisation of stock.




    Store Front:

    • Customer service and sales
    • Processing sales, laybys and returns via Point of Sale system
    • Shop Presentation maintained to a high standard
    • Product Knowledge
    • Visual Merchandising
    • Cleaning


    Back office:

    • Processing of incoming stock
    • Stock room organizing
    • Gift-wrapping
    • Online store: sending out orders
    • Stock inventory

    Required Skills:

    • Warm and professional Customer Service
    • Clear and gracious written and verbal communication skills
    • Confidence with Apple OS and using new software
    • Fast and impeccable gift-wrapping

    • Impeccable personal presentation

    • Organized, responsible and detailed
